Vegan Chocolate Mousse Avocado

D Something for a rainy day. I could have eaten a whole bowl of that mousse! The touch of chile peppers adds a nice zing which cuts through the creaminess of the chocolate.

I guess the avocado must taste quite smoky. And half the other stuff out. This reminded me of a recipe I saw yesterday for Vegan Chocolate Avocado Cake. I was calling it chocolate mousse.

And leave the margarine out. The look on your face is pure heaven. Overall the meal was a complete success.

I kind of want one that I can put my name on. I brought it to a couple of dinner parties and everyone was so impressed. I was reminded of a recent dessert experience at a local vegan restaurant that featured a deep chocolate avocado mousse. Avocado Chocolate Mousse.
