Chocolate Mousse No Cream

chocolate mousse no creamSmooth top with offset spatula. Refrigerate pie at least 3 hours or overnight. I want to wade again in water and feel ocean spray on my face. Beat the egg whites with half the sugar until they hold stiff peaks but are not dry.

That is basically why there are no pictures of that course! I want to sit in a country church once more and thank God for His grace. This recipe takes minutes to make and it has no raw eggs which is very important to me.

I think Chocolate Mousse should be made without cream. Now gently fold the egg white mixture into the chocolate. Recipes will be posted individually as future posts. Instant Chocolate Mousse or Ice Cream.

Be sure not to over mix. Mine was Gold Medal Ribbon and Chocolate Mousse Royal. Fold the cream into the chocolate mixture until smooth.

I had half of this chocolate mousse. I believe it was cream from a can. I know these are complicated smores but they are good.
