T sugar and 1 T milk in another bowl. It packs a lot of dark chocolate and is probably best reserved for the most of ardent chocoholics. My husband described these cupcakes as a baked mousse. Cool it to room temperature. This will take from 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
Place the egg yolks in the bottom of a large bowl. Pour the boiling syrup over the chocolate and butter and stir until they have melted. Beat until stiff peaks form.
