This is the easiest and most amazing Chocolate Mousse recipe. I guess they are in a way. I thought I would give it a try.
Use a blender to mix until smooth. Puree the chia gel with the agave. I wrote about awhile ago. Would leaving out the alchol compromise the taste? We want our chefs to have more time to devote to developing new recipes.
Patch any holes with the remaining chocolate if needed. Place the chocolate chips in a medium sized bowl. Individually whip each egg white until stiff and fold egg white into chocolate mixture. It is really easy and really good! Pour in hot milk and brandy and continue blending until the texture has achieved a smooth texture.
No separating eggs and all that mess. It sounded interesting and worthy of something to try. Use desired serving dish and pour over the mixture. Place the tofu in a blender or food processor. Made With Raw Chocolate!
