I added 1 cup crunchy peanut butter and decreased the choc chips to approx. I used a scoop that was a tad over 1 Tblsp. It contains lots of different chocolates and nuts. An easy creamy cheesecake made with brown sugar and chocolate chips. Took them to work and received rave reviews.
This is the famous Neiman Marcus Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe. Not all cookies are what we would traditionally see as cookies. I successfully doubled the recipe with no problem.
I have had others and this is the BEST! Warming them up to melt the chocolate chips makes it even better the next day. Thanks Dad for sending me to cookie baking school at the San Francisco Culinary Academy!
